The Conveyancing Association is set to , "voluntary" launch, training courses for estate agents, streamlining the house buying completion process .
The course is of a modular format in three parts , tailored to give better understanding in the workings of the conveyancing chain and helping in better coordination, thus reducing non completions ,resulting in faster exchange ,according to a statement from the association.
While many will welcome this initiative,which if successfully implemented, may become compulsory legislation.
However ,an area which currently needs proper regulation, is money laundering,where high end property, located particularly in the capital is at risk.
The conveyancing academy uses online training methods, enabling far greater course efficiency and training.
